Kris Carlstedt
I am running for my second term on the NBUA Board of Directors. For the past two seasons I have served as your Treasurer. I have been a member of NBUA for eleven seasons and also officiate basketball in the Pacific Northwest Basketball Officials Association.
In addition to serving on the NBUA Board I have been the vice president of my condominium association for the past four years. My role on that board has largely been to oversee the financial management of the 88 unit complex. I am a member of the Washington state chapter of the Community Association Institute and take advance of continuing education in financial management and leadership which has been useful during my time on the NBUA Board.
Professionally, I have a degree in economics and accounting and have worked as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service for the past seven years. Currently I examine offshore compliance issues in our large and midsize business division. I am also a Certified Public Accountant.
I would appreciate your support in this year’s election. I have enjoyed being part of the NBUA leadership team and contributing to the success of our organization. I am proud to be a member of NBUA which continues to be one of the premier officiating groups in the area.
