Four Elected to Board

A record voter turnout for the 2005 NBUA Board of Directors election saw three incumbents and one challenger elected to the Board.  

This year our voter turnout set new records with the online voting leading the way. An amazing 150 votes were cast online up from 75 in 2004. With eight ballots cast at the polls, a total voter turn out of 158 ballots cast set an all-time NBUA high in voter participation. This represents almost 70 percent of NBUA members eligible to vote, a new record and an overwhelming vote of confidence to our organization.

Elected to the Board for a two year term are:

• Mike Brancheau
• Gary Coy
• Rich Connors
• Scott Johnson

Continuing board members include David Natali, Rich Johnson, Joe Whitefield, Vern Dahl and Brian Gooch.

On behalf of the 2005 election committee, I would like to congratulate the newly elected board members, thank all of the candidates for their hard work and thank the NBUA membership for making this the most successful NBUA election on record.
