Applications accepted for membership in NBUA standing committees

The newly elected NBUA Board of Directors recently appointed Chairmen of our Standing Committees.  These are:
Gary Coy, Training
John Philbeck, Evaluations
Jay Neff, Member Services        
Hank Margeson, Recruiting                 
Vern Dahl, Bylaws                 
Kris Carlstadt, Finance                 

Each of these Chairmen is now seeking NBUA members to serve as working members of their respective committees or to assist with important administrative tasks.

This may be your opportunity to contribute and assist with the work of managing and building our Association.  All interested members are encouraged to go to the website and read the descriptions and roles of each of the committees.  (Found under Members Tab, then Umpire Information).

If you would like to apply for a committee position, contact the Chairman by email.  A few words about your reason for interest and qualifications are encouraged.

Please note that committee memberships are limited in size and that the respective Chairs have full authority on choosing their members.  However, there are numerous needs for volunteers in many areas that extend beyond committees membership.
