This year you will have three methods available to cast your vote:

  • Online Voting:  NBUA members in good standing will be able to cast their ballots online. The online ballot will be made available on Thursday, October 26. (Members will be notified by email when the ballot goes live.)  Members will need to enter their NBUA peer eval site ID number (normally the last 4 digits of your Social Security number) to access this secure site. Once at the online ballot, you can select up to but no more than five (5) of the candidates including any write-in candidates.  Please note, by clicking on “submit” your votes will be cast, you will no longer be able to access the online ballot and you will not be able to vote at the poll. The on-line site will close at 3 p.m. on Monday October 30.

  • PDF Ballot:  Voters wanting a paper ballot can go to Online Voting and rather than casting your votes, download a PDF version of the ballot. Again, you can vote for no more than five (5) candidates including any write-in candidates.  Once completed, you may bring your ballot to the WIAA the evening of October 30 or mail to Election Chairman, Gary Coy, 804 S. 196th, Des Moines, WA 98148.  (Note: Absentee PDF ballots must arrive in the mail no later than Monday October 30 and must have the voter’s name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.)

  • Voting at the Poll:  Paper ballots will be available at the WIAA the night of the elections for those who have not voted online and do not have PDF ballots.
