Margeson named to BOD

For those of you not able to attend our annual banquet Saturday night, and hear this announcement in person, I am pleased to announce Dayle “Hank” Margeson is joining the NBUA Board of Directors to fill the position on our board vacated with Marc Forsythe’s recent move out of the area. 

Hank has been an NBUA umpire since 2003 and is an “A” tier umpire.  As most of you have probably learned from his candidate statement (he was also a candidate for election this year), Hank and his family live in the Redmond area, his “day job” is with Safeco Insurance Company, in addition to NBUA he has been a soccer coach and official. In 2007 Hank was elected to the Redmond City Council, a position he still holds. 

We are delighted to have Hank join our board, his leadership skills, political connections and experience as a Redmond City Councilman will make him a valuable member of our board.
