PSSBL field info
With summer ending, rain and reschedules, field lights and time limits are becoming an issue.
According to PSSBL's Jeff Kyger, lights on all fields go off at 11 p.m. – with the exception of Chief Sealth and Rainier Beach which go off at 10:30.
"Bannerwood has always been able to extend that a little bit," Kyger said. "Lights come on different times depending on the fields."
Bellevue Highlands, Lower Woodland, Bannerwood the first game of double headers (5:45 start time) will have no new inning after 8 p.m. and no pitch after 8:15 p.m. The next game will start at 8:30-8:35 p.m. and will have no new inning after 10:45 p.m. and no pitch after 10:50.
At Sealth and Rainier Beach it's no inning after 7:45 p.m. and no pitch after 8 p.m. for game 1. The second game will start around 8:30 with no inning after 10:10 and no pitch after 10:20.
