NBUA 2006 Board of Directors Election
Call for Candidates

The 2006 NBUA Elections Committee is soliciting interested members to file for candidacy for the 5 open positions for your NBUA Board of Directors. Current Board Members whose term will expire this year include Vern Dahl, Brian Gooch, Rich Johnson, Dave Natali and Joe Whitefield. The 2006 Election will be held on Monday, October 30, 2006 at the all-member Annual Meeting to be held at WIAA Headquarters in Renton.

Interested candidates should communicate intent to run for one of the five, two-year term open positions in writing by e-mail only to Gary Coy at gary901c@comcast.net no later than midnight on Friday, 15 Sept. 2006. Members will be notified that their expressed interest has been received and they will be informed of the procedure and time frames to develop their candidacy statements for the 2006 NBUA Voters Guide.

Voters Guide statements will be dated upon receipt and the order of receipt will determine the order of listing in the Voter's Guide and on the election ballot. Statements received on the same day will be ordered by the time of the day they were received.    

Gary Coy and Rich Connors will serve as co-chairs of the Elections Committee. Bill Fitzgerald, Steve Hilgendorf, Bob Hope, Dick Lindberg, Tim Stevens and Mitch Wasserman have agreed to assist with the election as Election Committee members.
