Sandy Koufax League Rules: NBUA umpires will complete any inning commenced within 2-1/2 hours from first pitch. In any event, a ten-run differential rule shall apply to all games for players age 15 and under that are played. There is no "drop dead" time limit for Sandy Koufax games.
